Rev. Dr. Ernestina Afiriyie is a distinguished theologian, pastor, and scholar who has made
significant contributions to theological education and pastoral ministry. With a diverse educational
background and a deep commitment to serving the church, she has earned recognition for her
intellectual rigor and pastoral sensitivity.
Dr. Afiriyie's academic journey began at Trinity Theological Seminary (TTS), where she obtained a
Certificate in Theology (Cert/DTS) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, majoring in theological studies.
Holding onto her momentum, she pursued further studies at the University of Ghana and earned a
Master of Arts (MA).
Continuing her theological studies, Dr. Afiriyie earned her second Master’s degree with a Master of
Philosophy (MPHIL) degree. Her drive for academic excellence culminated with a Doctor of Philosophy
(PhD) at Akrofi-Christaller Institute.
As a theologian and pastor, Rev. Dr. Afiriyie has dedicated herself to promoting theological education
